Lie on your back with feet firmly planted on the floor, knees bent and hip distance apart.

In order to properly isolate the abdominal muscles, cross arms in front of your chest and gently raise your head and shoulders off the floor.

Hold for 3 seconds and repeat.

Work up to 3 sets of 10 daily, if possible.
